Introducing the Generation 2 DLP Turbo Kit for the Yamaha YXZ
Unlike most other YXZ Turbo Kits, the DLP Turbo Kit comes fully tuned. No need to mess around with piggy back adaptors or paying another shop to do your tuning. We flash the Yamaha ECU with our own in house tuning files.
The tune is the most important aspect of any turbo kit. Our tuner has been building, designing and tuning performance cars on-road and off for over 20 years at our sister company Beyond Redline Performance. Don't trust your YXZ engine to auto-tuning or companies who don't even offer a tune with their kits.
DLP tunes are in every Pro-Turbo in the Champ-Off Road Series as well as many YXZ's in other classes. Other teams like Greaves Motorsports entrusts their tuning to Dirt Launch Powersports.
- Complete bolt-on to a 100% stock 2019 - 2024 YXZ (2016 - 2018 require stronger connecting rods).
- Garrett GBC22-350 Turbocharger. The latest in turbo technology from Garrett. This turbo has incredibly fast spool up for awesome mid-range torque!
- TaIL wastegate actuator
- 150 horsepower at the rear wheels Stage 1 (over 200hp of engine power)
- Made In The USA - Many of the components like the Intercooler and Manifold are made in house at our Green Bay facility
- Large air / air intercooler with SPAL fan. This is the same intercooler on our Stage 3 and has been tested upwards of 400hp
- Exhaust: Includes a turbo downpipe designed to work with any YXZ slip-on
- Fully tuned on your ECU, you send us your ECU and we send it back fully tuned
Stage 2 - This kit is 100% upgradable to Stage 2 at any time. You won't pay more if you upgrade later, just the price difference between the Stage 1 and Stage 2.

- Rods for 2016-2018 engines
Notes for Engine and Drivetrain Components
- Connecting Rods: 2016 - 2018 YXZ engines have weaker connecting rods than 2019+ and will need to be upgraded to the minimum of 2019 rods.
- Clutch - Stock is adequate for Stage 1.
- Valve Buckets / Lifters. Stock buckets have shims that can kick out at high RPM under boost. This results in dropping a valve and other damaged engine parts. Our Shimless buckets or SIT style buckets solve this problem. SIT buckets may require professional assistance.
Donaldson Intake Upgrade
- Increases your filter capacity without sacrificing power. Comes with the necessary hardware and fasteners for installation with Stage 1 kits.
- Highly suggested if your doing any riding in a dirty environment such as dirt, water, and dust.
